Shipping Policy
Processing time refers to the duration required for us to prepare your order before dispatching it for shipping. Upon authorization and verification of your payment, all in-stock orders placed by 12pm AEST on weekdays are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched on the next business day. Pre-orders typically undergo processing within 2-3 business days. Should there be any delays, we will promptly notify you.
Express Shipping:
Opting for Express Shipping incurs a cost of $14.90. Delivery is estimated to take 2-17 business days.
Standard Shipping:
For Standard Shipping, the charge is $10.90. Delivery is estimated to occur within 1-7 business days.
Free Shipping
Orders with total purchase of $50 will enjoy Free Shipping. Delivery is estimated to take 2-17 business days.
Please note that a business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The actual delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping protocols, delivery destination, chosen delivery method, and the nature of the items ordered.
Kindly ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
At Eutopia Perfumes, we prioritize visibility and transparency throughout the shipping process. Upon confirmation and dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.
While rare, packages may occasionally get lost or experience delivery exceptions. Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transitions to you. Eutopia Perfumes relinquishes responsibility for any loss or damage occurring during shipment once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Return Policy
Our return policy extends for a duration of 7 days from the date of receiving your item, giving you ample time to request a return.
For eligibility, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, accompanied by tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, proof of purchase such as the receipt is required. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage fees.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@eutopiaperfumes.com.au. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it promptly. Should you detect any defects, damages, or discrepancies with the item received, please notify us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and take appropriate corrective measures.
Exchanges are only facilitated for items demonstrating damage or defects. Should you require an exchange, please communicate with us via info@eutopiaperfumes.com.au.
Once we receive and examine your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
Refunds Policy
